danieljohnlewis: Informal wiki page for asking questions about ODS
danieljohnlewis: Will eventually become a more formal FAQs page. Please contribute to the wiki page by asking questions, no matter how much experience you have of ODS or OpenLink Software.
danieljohnlewis: Constantly evolving.

sbp: Sounds pretty good. What I take from this is that OWL Full is the essence of OWL, and that people shouldn't be put off thinking that its semantics are a broken-DL; it's more like they should be thought of in terms of operational semantics, like any common-or-garden programming language.
sbp: In other words, some undertone of "the face of OWL should opt-out of the logic crowd", but much more incremental and less overt. One might almost say tactful.
sbp: And also with the important point that this doesn't reduce the impact of OWL DL in any way: OWL DL is still there, people, can still use it; it's still valuable in various domains, as was at length thoughtfully pointed out to me, and still deserves to be maintained.

sbp: “Good Practice: Information provided directly in RDF, or information for which automated means can be used to discover corresponding RDF, contributes to the self-describing Semantic Web.”
sbp: Via TWSW.
